At Crist Fragances, we want you to be completely enamored with your signature scent. If you are not entirely satisfied, products in their original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully place the unused bottle in its original designer box and use protective padding to ensure the delicate glass arrives safely back to our studio.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
